I have observed people from all walks of life and from every corner of the earth, and I am never amazed that so many folks flock to the southern United States. The quality and genuineness of our society compels people to plant roots here. From the time I was a little girl reading “To Kill a Mockingbird” over and over, to undertaking the quest of writing my own novels, I have always loved books that define the nuances of its characters’ lives, their strengths, flaws and compulsions. It means a great deal to me to be able to share the stories from my heart and head that yearn to make to the page. I hope my readers gain as much delight from the reading of them as I have from the writing of them. -Frances
